I’ve had keys copied by unskilled hardware store workers in the past and they only worked half the time. This machine is great.

I would have asked for two as that was my plan. Since, it was not obvious how to select more. Again, I just purchased the one. I'll probably go to my local hardware store now instead. Oh, I saw that the only way to get another one of the same key could be done. Sorry, but this is a very inferior program for what should be a simple option. That's why I decided to only buy one. Your machine and its processing of my credit card which worked perfectly. With a HUGE exception from my notification from my credit card company. Left me not feeling very safe about your overall payment processing system.
