One is. 1 key, a regular house key, was installed in the machine and was replicated on site and 2 keys for other kinds of locks were not available in the machine and were sent by mail. The 2 additional keys arrived at my home address in 4 days which was plenty acceptable and appeared to be cut the same as the original keys however I am several hours away from the location of those locks so I have not tried the keys yet. At this point I'm satisfied with the service and the quality until such time as I have a chance to try the keys But I expect that they will work with a little wire brushing to knock off some of the laser cut edges. The cost was a little bit more than a local place, but the third key free for buying two made up that difference.
