I know there was a $2.99 option for precision grinding that I could have selected; but honestly, if the whole point is to have a good key, doing the job right shouldn’t cost extra. Not sure I will use again

Then said "I just do the work and don't set the rates" in Eastern European accent. Ask for Yosef with a green Honda Element. Final note: Responded to 'call us' below, they said they couldn't identify Yosef by his name or the service request. (I had cancelled and then called Yosef back when I couldn't release the lock)
- DDDavidApr 26, 20224.0Of course when I approached the Kiosk. I had hoped to walk out with a key that day. I was disappointed when the Kiosk informed me that my key had a programmable chip that needed to be programmed and the key would be mailed. This being the case I figured I'd need this regardless and proceeded. The key was mailed to me in a timely manner (about 5 business days). The key works, it is a bit odd as there is a delay between the actual turn of the key and the starting of the motor, but it does work. I believe it may have to do with being after market. It is a little weird but a working key is better than a broken one. The not getting the key at the kiosk and delay start are why I provided a 4 instead of a 5 star rating. Price of Key seemed reasonable though pricey for a key.
