- SLStacey LynchOct 26, 20251.0Don’t call these guys. Call another place! Guy that showed up was late as hell, didn’t call to let us know he’d be late. If and when they show up they are rude as hell and charged me $289. When I handed him 300 and asked for change he asked for my Zelle and only received $6. That’s theft. Like I said go somewhere else where you will be treated with respect and not gouged! And ignore the corporate bullshit auto response that I guarantee will be posted to this review

Locked out of my car at a gas station not far from their shop, when I called I gave them my info and they refused to make sure they even had someone who could help before charging me almost $200. They refused to even send someone to me before I paid even though I told them I had locked my card in my car, and couldn’t access it until I was out. Found another method of payment and got text updates after I was off the phone with them. 5 minutes passed and said they were still looking, then 10, then another 10 minutes, then a message saying they couldn’t send someone. I sat for almost an hour before I was told they couldn’t do anything. Waste of my time and had to call a tow company instead anyways.
