- DHD HDec 7, 20231.0While watching our children at our home, my mother in law called these guys to install a new door handle that was previously purchased from Amazon. They quoted her 605$ to install just the handle. The keypad/deadbolt was working fine. Not realizing this was double what others charge for the same service, she agreed. They must’ve seen an easy victim in her. They said they couldn’t finish because they were “missing a part” and had to come back the next day. They came back and demanded my teenage daughter pay them an additional $150 from her own Venmo, for a new service call. 750$ for a simple handle install. When I called the tech and the manager to discuss the price and the fact that the handle is not straight, they ghosted me. They are so dishonest and unprofessional, and they know it. I’d sincerely hire known felons before I’d hire these guys again.

I called and the operator took 10 MINUTES just to get the address...then I asked her if someone was available to help me unlock my car. Her answer was that a locksmith would be calling me in 10-15 minutes so I could get a quote for services. I waited for 20 minutes but never heard anything. So I called back and asked if anyone would be calling me soon because I can't get home until my car is unlocked since I'm at work. The same operator then told me "We don't have any locksmith services available until 7am." THEN WHY DID YOU TELL ME SOMEONE WOULD CALL IN 10-15 MINUTES?! I screamed. She then proceeded to tell me that she didn't know but that she could schedule me for a 7am appointment. I cussed her out and hung up. Do not use.
