This is how it used to be before the advent of chip card readers. Your equipment needs an upgrade, please.

I was told they would send me updates, when the first update came they told me they’ll get someone to be in a few minutes, the times kept changing and they kept saying they’re looking for someone. I wanted almost two hours when they told me someone would be there in an hour and a half. At that point we were able to reach a family friend to help me, I canceled the service (again way over an hour before they would even do that) and that is when I received a text telling me it was an $80 cancellation fee. Absolutely ridiculous, I received no service, had to written agreement or warning about the insane cancellation fee. I do not recommend this place, their prices are insane and the cancellation fees even more insane.
