- RKRick KupfererJun 11, 20241.0If I could give them zero stars, I would. This company is unprofessional and filled with liars. I called them about 6:00, they told me a technician would call shortly. The technician called and said he will be there within an hour. A little over an hour later, after 7:00, they called to reschedule for the morning. I told them it was an emergency and they kept me waiting for an hour. They said their technicians have been held up in traffic but there is no traffic in East Mesa at 7:00 at night in the summer. I said so and they hang up on me. I called back, and a new person answered the phone. I explained what had happened and they said they didn't have a technician. I was in the middle of explaining it was an emergency and they hung up on me. I called back again. Yet another person answered. Explain what was going on and this one told me they had a technician coming out for me and then hung up before giving me an ETA. I called back for an ETA. I got a new person answering the phone. This one said there was no one scheduled for a new call so I explained to them what was going on and this one said they would have the technician come out and they would have him call me shortly. I am still waiting on that call. Do not trust this company they are full of liars and they are unreliable.
