  DO NOT use this company for your locksmith needs. The only star goes to the locksmith who was a nice man. I attempted to use this company when I got locked out of my home early on a Sunday morning. Shortly after 7:00 a.m. Pacific Time, I contacted the company for a residential lockout service in San Diego. I was told I would receive a callback, which I did at 7:15 a.m. The representative quoted a technician arrival time of 20–35 minutes and stated the total cost would not exceed $100 ($35 was the minimum for a lock out, and I was told there would be service and travel fees that would add up to no more than this). Based on this information, I did not contact other providers for additional quotes as they would arrive fast and for a reasonable price. However, things took a turn from here. The technician did not arrive until more than 90 minutes later, well beyond the promised window. He called after 50 minutes (15 minutes after his latest arrival time per the window) and let me know he was put on another job before and would arrive in 10-20 minutes. Unfortunately, that was also an inaccurate estimate and he didn’t arrive until more than 40 minutes after this call. Additionally, the technician was unable to unlock my front door and instead had to destroy my lockbox to retrieve a spare key. When it came time to pay, I was told the cost was $250—more than double the stated maximum. When I expressed frustration about the incorrect quoted cost as well as a wait time that was 3x the maximum I was told, he informed me that no one from the company even told him there was a job until 8am, 45 minutes after I was told that a technician would arrive in 20-35 minutes. He recommended I call customer service to resolve. When I called customer service, I was told the misquote was documented but that no compensation would be offered. Two different representatives refused to escalate the issue or provide contact details for a supervisor when I asked. Both hung up on me mid-conversation. One of them confirmed after listening to the call recording that I was, in fact, quoted a maximum of $100, but that was incorrect and they expect the customer to pay for their own misinformation. This experience represents a clear bait-and-switch: I was quoted a significantly lower price and wait time, only to be charged much more after the service was rendered under pressure. I expected accountability for the inaccurate quotes, the unacceptable delay, and the complete lack of professionalism from customer service.

  Do not use this service. They will quote you a price over the phone then show up and make you pay significantly more. They will hang up on you when you call to ask why. Beware. Stay away

  The self service kiosk experience was good but when I got home with the key, the key didn’t work. This is a waste of time and money,
