Has to get some more keys made and the machine keys works better than the ones when man used to cut them. No problem at all.

I locked myself out of my house. I called to ask them to see if they could open my door. They did not mention any price but said that they would get here after 40 minutes. Not even five minutes after, a neighbor came and opened the door. I called right away to cancel. They said that they would billing me $30 for cancelling. Worst service ever. No price mentioned over the phone, not even cancellation fee.
