I did that for 20 minutes before I gave up and walked to Bartell to use a different company's kiosk.

Come 6:45 we call and they say we’d hear back in 1 minutes. It’s been more than 3 hours. We’ve called at least 3 times and got the same response, a technician will call in ten minutes. What a scam. This is the most garbage service I’ve experienced. We drove across the city to meet them, waited hours and they were continuously unhelpful. Eventually someone called, hung up on us, and called again to meet us in the morning. This place is a scam.
