The process wasn’t very hard to understand or engage, however, it was a bit confusing in the end. After removing my key from the key slot, nothing happened. I looked all over for a key then the choices popped up and lastly the price. The price was a little high and I feel it should have been displayed much earlier so we could decide if we wanted it or not. Then lastly another long pause and the grinding began. The key came out brand new and very shiny. Surprisingly it worked perfectly! All in all it was a success . Good job!

You call, the person answering is not located in Alaska, and they can’t give you an estimate without your address. Wasn’t able to speak to anyone in town directly that would be unlocking my door so I wasn’t comfortable giving out my address for a “call back”. Seemed like next thing he was gonna ask was for my social security number or something. Definitely just make sure you got your key because this is some shady shit.
