- LLLexiSep 21, 20241.0I was absolutely shocked at my experience with this locksmith. Initially, the service was quoted at $185 over the phone, which was somewhat reasonable. However, upon the locksmith's arrival, I was taken aback by his abrupt and unprofessional demeanor. He was accusatory and confrontational, questioning my residency at my apartment complex and suggested I was under the influence, which was both insulting and unprofessional. The situation quickly escalated, with the locksmith threatening to involve law enforcement if I didn't pay him. I was shocked and intimidated by his behavior, which was not only unprofessional but also downright hostile. He was extremely unprofessional, rude, and condescending. I don’t understand who would hire such a person to represent their company. The locksmith then proceeded to increase the initial quote, informing me that the new cost of service would be $250, with an additional cost in taxes, bringing the total to $315. He didn’t have change so he took the extra $5 making it $320. And to top it all off, he then proceeded to tell me “you know I also take tips”. Absolutely baffling. I felt utterly scammed and taken advantage of. I would strongly advise against using this locksmith's services. Their lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic human decency makes them unreliable and untrustworthy.
