While they successfully unlocked it, the technician spent nearly two hours on the ignition and ultimately informed us they couldn't produce a key. Later that same day, we found the original key. After starting the vehicle and driving, the key unexpectedly came out of the ignition, yet the vehicle continued running. When I contacted the company, I was told the technician was off and wouldn’t be available to address the ignition issue for a couple of days. I expressed my concerns that the vehicle could be at risk of mechanical issues or theft, and that waiting was not a reasonable option, especially since the vehicle is needed for work. Instead of helping, they blamed us for the ignition problem. I ended up having to pay another company $488 to replace the ignition. Avoid this company at all costs!
