If zero stars was available, that’s what I would choose. I called this company because we couldn’t unlock our car with the fob or physical key. A tech called me and said he would be out in 40 minutes. After 40 minutes, I waited an additional 15 minutes before I called the company back. The 1st person I spoke to (Nicole), said she would get in touch with the tech and tell him to call me with status update. I was also trying to call his phone. After not hearing from him, I called back and spoke with another lady. She said he has been contacted and will call me back within 10-15 minutes. He never called. When I called back, she acknowledged that it was “over 40 minutes” when I had spoken to him about not showing up. They don’t know his location and he won’t answer his phone when I try to call. So I’m fed up and tell them to cancel the service. We got another company to come out, but KeyMe decided they would try to get another tech who calls me and he and I both can’t figure out why they would try to send him out if the order was canceled. I spoke to the tech over 2 hours ago and he never showed up. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. It’s just a dispatch that finds service. TERRIBLE, WASTE OF TIME!
