It was in a city where the police couldn’t do it for free because they didn’t have the tools to. After hours of calling locksmiths, it was getting later in the day. I called this company and they said they could come out. They didn’t give me an ETA or PRICE. After I asked for the price, they didn’t tell me. I drove to my car (again, not at my house) and the guy showed up about 20 minutes later. He was very nice and did it in two minutes for $199.00. Not worth the money but I was so desperate to get my car back that I, at that point, didn’t care the price. He did the job and did it well, just disappointed that they didn’t tell me the price until after the job was done, and disappointed with how expensive it was compared to other companies that I had denied because of the cost.
