- DWDavid WhitleyJul 27, 20251.0Trash. Runaround between the tech and phone reps just for a general estimate. Tech figured out I didn't need to spend big money and hung up on me. Called back speaking respectively even though I was upset, the rep rudely transferred to cs in the middle of my sentence. Customer service guy picks up, clearly he didn't give a rip, and he also hung up on me. Keep in mind I'm not speaking in a harsh tone or insulting anyone, politely expressing my frustration. I don't know how companies survive with hiring people if this level of service attitude. I've delt with septic and sewer technicians that were infinitely more pleasant and friendly.
