This guy Moe shows up in an Audi and takes 5 min to drill a hole in the lock. The receipt has no company name on it, no order number and we were charged tax as well which means the state got defrauded as well. I am not sure how you stay in business and are not shut down. I see I will receive a note from the owner like the other reviews but I assume that will change nothing.

We were charged $400 basically to drill and destroy our lock, which took the guy 2 minutes with a Walmart drill bit while he looked at his phone with the other hand. $850 was the total. They got the job done, but this was predatory from my viewpoint. Destroying a lock with a drill and replacing it with one you can buy at Home Depot is not a difficult job, and it took about 30 minutes of actual working time. Also, the guy just left all of the steel dust and the lock on the ground and didn’t clean up anything.
