- KKKatieNov 26, 20241.0If I could give 0 stars I would. I called for their services on Friday. Worst decision I’ve ever made. I was told they would have someone out within 30 minutes and that I would hear from someone before then to give me an eta. After 30 minutes I called to find out where someone was because I hadn’t heard anything. They told me I was told wrong and that I would be an hour. I asked who was coming since I hadn’t heard and they said they would call them to find out and call me back. When they called back I was told they couldn’t get in touch with that person, but they left them a message to call me. Not okay. If they can’t get in touch with them how am I supposed to know they were coming. Eventually they dispatched someone else because I guess they never got in touch with the person. I still had to wait over an hour and after I asked to speak with a supervisor, they could not get me in touch with anyone. I was told one would call. Of course no one ever called and I received an email saying I was charged the full amount. Not okay. So I called, spoke to a rude supervisor who told me the same stuff they told me Friday (which was all lies). Most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with.
