  this isnt a business its just a kiosk with no staff and it told me my key would be $300. a real shop would charge $10 for this lol

  What a ridiculous, unprofessional experience. I searched online and found a "location" listed in the Apple Blossom Mall in Winchester, VA, while visiting. The website page for that location includes a text box that says "Store Hours," and "Sunday - 12 PM - 6 PM." I made a special trip and went to the designated location in the mall. No store. I called the local number listed on the page, only to find myself connected to a national service center. The (friendly) rep apologized and said that (Surprise!) there's no physical location there, despite the "Store Hours" listing. He told me to look for a key-making kiosk. I searched the entire area, seeing all the reported "landmarks." Again, nothing. No store, no kiosk. Perhaps KeyMe provides excellent lockout services; I can't say. But their deceptive and inaccurate web page led me to search for facilities that apparently don't exist. Leaving aside the lack of professionalism, this business committed the unpardonable sin of wasting my TIME. I can't speak for others, but this was my first and last experience with KeyMe. Buyer beware.

  My key had to be mailed to me. I received communications with the status of my key as well as tracking info. The key works great!
