And they refuse to release the name of the technician i worked with. The company is not licensed when looked up on the BBB. LADY HANGS UP ON ME EVERYTIME I CALL TO GET THE TECHNICIAN AND THIRD PARTY COMPANY CONTACY INFO! Im not asking for a refund! I just simply need an accurate receipt so I can send it to the insurance company to go along with the repairs in the claim (after my vehicle got broken into) They refuse to update the service on the receipt sent over two copys which stated they replaced my key fob which they didnt i still have the original one. Second receipt states they reprogrammed the key which wasnt done as well. Key still doesnt work!! All that was done was a reset to the antitheft system!! Lady on the phone just yells over me and hangs up everytime I call to ask for accurate receipt!! Very unprofessional I wouldn't recommend at all!!!!
