- RNRaymond NunnOct 24, 20251.0The tech that goes by the name of " Mo" was very rude and unprofessional. He told me over the phone that he would have to replace the door lock because the garage entry door was a "smart door lock" for a cost of $85. The lock is a standard lock not any type of smart lock. I was at work and my wife was there at our home talking with him. He went on to tell my wife that there would be and additional "lock-out fee" of $125. When we decided not to use his service he charged us $32.58 for his dispatch fee and didn't want to give my wife a receipt when she requested one. His words "I don't have time to give you a receipt, I have other jobs to do". If I would have been there I would have had to pray that I didn't knock his teeth out of his mouth. I suggest you not use this service. Date 10/24/2025 Northwest San Antonio.

They will also ask you to contact there customer service that will also avoid your phone calls
