This is not a locksmith company only a broker who calls an actual locksmith out to do the work and charges you an exorbitant fee. Do yourself a favor and just call a local locksmith. Absolute ripoff service. My daughter locked herself out her car they charged her $185 to send out a tech. The tech was not even one of their employees. Turns out KeyMe doesn't provide lockout service they call another company in town to do the work. That company said they only charge $85. So KeyMe took advantage of my daughter and charged her $100 to make a phone call. How about being honest and just say we don't provide that service but you can call XXX and they should be able to help you. My daughter was going to get a couple of extra keys cut but I told her to avoid KeyMe like the plague and go anywhere else. Nothing but crooks taking advantage of customers. Would leave negative stars if i could.
