  Cancelled my service and didn't bother to contact me. I waited for two hours before I called THEM, just for them to tell me it had been cancelled. They told me they had no way to get a hold of me, even though I had already been sent a text confirming someone would be coming out.

  No local locksmiths. Your call goes to a call center and they dispatch the nearest participating locksmith. Took an hour to get a call back.

  Key works great. Nice and convenient since a certain other competitor can't seem to have anyone around to make keys. Pricier than I'd like but still a great product.
