"Locksmith" was unable to open it and resorted to trying the back door which was double locked, and then the interior garage which was also unfortunately double locked. I've never heard of a professional locksmith who couldn't open a simple quikset handle lock. But what got me the most was the attempt to charge full labor for the other doors that needed to be opened because they couldn't open the front door. That threw the price through the roof. Which I didn't find out about until after they were done. So yeah..... Rather unpleasant all around.

Fake locksmith showed up to replace mailbox lock and key, without any professional attire, was impatient like he was on something, tried to say it would be $300 now when he estimated $70, needed payment up front but had to leave and get more supplies. He should’ve known the situation if he had any experience as a locksmith and still tried to collect $30 for showing up! Call center rep was rude and also tried to collect payment info before getting an estimate! BEWARE OF THIS NEW KIND OF SCAM
