- JLJon LJun 7, 20221.012pm called and was told they'd arrive in an hour. Called back at 3pm asked if I was forgotten about. It's 415 and they close in 40 min. No respect for my time.

They told him there would be a $29 service fee and the tech would give him a final quote when he got there. They said a tech would be there in 30 minutes but it took an hour and 15 to get there. It took the tech all of 5 minutes to pop the lock and then he told my husband it would be $229!!!! When my husband complained about the exorbitant amount he was charged, the tech gave him a number to call which turned out to be a chiropractor office! This is absolutely unacceptable!!! So he called back the original number, after being COMPLETELY ripped off and deceived by the tech, to inquire how exactly they determine the pricing structure. They said they charge the $29 service fee then anywhere between $19 and $200 depending on how difficult the job is. It literally took 5 minutes for the tech to get into my husband's vehicle and he was charged $200! Apparently a 5 minute job is the most difficult for this company since he was charged the maximum price. This company completely took advantage of my husband! So he wrote a review on this site. They gave him another number to call and when he called they said "those are the prices and there is nothing we can do about it." I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE!
