I understood that they may not be able to do it because it's a newer car, but it would be nice to know that information up front. That way, I could continue researching myself, instead of waiting until after the scheduled appointment window to receive a call that they may not be able to do it. I would hope that in the future the dispatcher would have that information available ahead of time.
