However, they REQUIRED the copies to be made of brass, resulting in the key pattern being shipped off and I needed to wait a week for the copies to be delivered. The copies were sent out and two weeks go by and the keys are nowhere to be found. I contact them. I get a refund. I go back to the ShopRite to get more copies. The pattern is sent out (again I was NOT allowed to just get a normal aluminum copy of the key). Another two weeks go by and the keys are nowhere to be found. I now have four house keys somewhere out there in the world with no protection or certification on the package so anyone can find my house keys and get into my home. Not only this company refused to make copies of my brass keys in any other material, but did not give my keys proper protection to ensure that they wouldn’t be lost in transit or prevent them from being accessed by others.
