They will ask for your address and just show up without calling first or giving you a price there is no office to go into either for a simple key copy.

Called in 40+ mins later and he confessed that he had gotten delayed with another client and it would be an additional 25 mins. Then when I told them that this was never told to me and that I was made to be under the impression that he was coming over directly, he tried to backtrack and say that he was only delayed by this client by 7 mins and the rest was traffic. Clearly he was lying and they lied to get me scheduled in and give me little options to get another technician. Use Ninja Lockmith instead. When they give you an eta, it is not a nefarious business practice but an actual estimate of time to arrival. They also share trip progress so a big plus.
