  I had 3 keys made and they all worked perfectly. Would definitely use it again.

  1 being worst & being 5 Great. Would give a -5. I put my key for a padlock shown at the of picture. First key is make show picture take 15 min utes. Second key drop after 10 minutes. Third key after10 minutes NO key. Forth key final drop after 8 minutes. I stood for a total minutes. Called number shown at machine. Followed instructions and listen to them being repeated 6 for minutes. I will filing for the refund. I totally losted time I'll never get back. I have no plans of ever using this serves again. Waiting for refund!

  Not a happy customer and will not be using again. Ordered 3 keys at 7.99 each and one came out completely blank. Requested a refund but refund was for 5.79. How does that compute? Not a fan.

  Kiosk was easy to use. Keys were made quickly and worked just fine
