- JJJared4 days ago1.0I called at the beginning of workday for them to come change a lock out on my work truck tool box. They put me off multiple times through the day. The last time they called saying they then needed pictures of the lock and that they would come the next day. After I sent the pictures they said it would be $600 to replace the lock. I cancelled the appointment and went to Home Depot and found the same cylinder for $10 and replaced it myself. They get one star for giving me the motivation to do it myself.

Had multiple people call me from multiple different numbers trying to get us to complete the sale. We will be contacting BBB Original: We asked for the nearest locksmith we are in Saratoga springs we waited 40 mins still no one came I called the technician and he said it would be another 30 mins we only agreed originally because we specifically said we will only pay that price if he could come now. An hour and 20 mins later is not now. If he wasn't available right away they should have given us some one else. Also no one speaks English as a first language. Super hard to understand and highly unprofessional to not be able to understand anyone no matter who you call.
