Said they could get me a key tomorrow not today, which doesn’t matter I’m just looking to get a second key made, but the guy from probably some middle eastern country wanted to book an appointment for someone to come to my house tomorrow and couldn’t even tell me the price. What a joke. Look elsewhere.

The technician said he would Arrive at 4pm, and did not show up until 5:30 for starters. After an attempt to make a new key fob, he hurriedly said he was unable to do it and left. Whatever he “did” fried the BCM of my vehicle!!!! A few weeks, 2 rental cars & over 2000$ in dealer repair costs to fix my car after issue upon issue all stemming down to electrical problems from the technitian accessing the copper programming of my car & still NOBODY from this company or customer service department will get in contact with me!!! UNPROFESSIONAL. The technician did not ask for any identification before attempting to preform services, did not establish even ownership of the vehicle before attempting to make a new key!!! Not only are they unprofessional, & unable to do their job, they will not communicate to make things right and correct the damage THEY DID but, they don’t even follow basic legal protocol!!! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!!!
