I left the area to find a worker, always hard to find and when you do, they they do not work that area. ( poor customer service) finally asked a young man and asked if he could call someone to give me assistance, he tiredly replied, I’ll call someone but don’t know if they will come or how long… TERRIBLE!!!!! I repeated and you don’t know, he said don’t know, he paged over head but no one ever came. I attempted to try again after 5 times and the machine finally took the payment. Walmart has very poor customer service and not just occasion. Would things be better and I’m wondering if the comments are being read. Staff meeting meetings need to happen often. I was a manager at this years back and it was nothing like today. Cashiers have their phones laying on the counter to wait for the customer to be done as if they are expecting and or texting. I guess corporation and the Walmart only care about the $$ being made being that they get 5-10% per item that scans. If Mr Sam was alive ( Hod rest his soul), I wonder how will he handle the complaints across the engines about his chain that was created to serve the middle Americans. Thank you sir…
