First, I ask for someone in Oly and they send me some kid completely inexperienced from almost an hour away. There’s no way this person was experienced, absolutely no way. After he looks around, he tells me that this will be a very complicated unlock because there’s ’no room’ to get to the lock comfortably and he’d have to destroy my lock and part of the doorframe and that fun would cost me $375. That is the most outrageous thing I’ve ever heard. Theres not even a deadbolt involved. It’s a simple damn door with a knob and key. I told this dude that this happened to me once before last year and they had me in within 10 minute for $125 and there was just as little room last year as it is now.. Without knowing any of the info from the other locksmith, he claimed that the other locksmith must not have been licensed and was ‘legally’ able to do more for me then he could today (if I didn’t want to pay $375. Don’t knock the other company just because you don’t know what the hell you’re doing). After he took $85 from me for driving here, I told him he needed to leave my property. Your company is the WORST and I’ll be calling the BBB, you better believe that. Incredibly awful customer service. Adding an image of my ‘Golden luxury door’.
