Not that they are just running a few minutes late but by repeatedly saying I’ll be there in 15 minutes, now I’ll be there in 45 minutes, I’m 5 minutes away, now it’s 15 minutes…. These guys are rude and extremely unprofessional. I can only imagine what happens if they actually do show up to do the work.

I called and told them where I was and they said they would have someone call me. In a few minutes a got a call from from a young man and he ask where I was so I gave him the address. He said it would take about 45-60. I assumed since they are only 3 miles away they much have other customers in front of me. I was wrong as he came from Gig Harbor almost 50 miles away. First thing he wanted $180 for travel and then another $300+ to unlock my jeep. It would be cheaper to break my window and get my own keys and replace the window. DON'T CALL THIS PLACE!!
