- CFCAT FRANCISMar 28, 20251.0Do not use this service. The practices are shady. I called for service. A separate person calls me and I ask him for a price. First he did not want to give me one. I asked for a range he said 150-350. I said ok. He said he would be there in 35 minutes, and actually took over an hour. When he arrives there was a location discrepancy. After that was resolved, he proceeded to check my car. I ask for a price he tells me I need to wait and he plugs information into his phone. He then shows me a price of $500. I told him never mind then he said he can “work with me” and says he doesn’t get commission. I insisted that it was fine and I would find an alternative. He then began to go off on me and my partner saying I need to pay a service fee. There was no service performed! And then he started to rant about how he drove and used gas but the whole time no one disclosed there was any fee if I declined services. I would have had no problem giving him something if he just respectfully explained his situation, instead he berated me. Please avoid. There are many other locksmiths in the area.
