  The machine cut 3/4 of the new key to match the old one, but did not finish cutting the last part of the key. It is not a working key and the key length was slightly bent. It is unusable.

  Copied key tried to use it in the door and it didn’t work. Someone I was housesitting for copied two keys and they didn’t work either had to call locksmith to get into place. Would really just like a refund because the key wasn’t usable

  I'll never use their machine again. The copy it made me didn't work and there's no way to get your money back cause they don't answer the phone when you call and Walmart says theres nothing they can do cause it's a third party.

  Good experience no trouble. Except it said $2.99 for the key and they charged me $5.36. I’m not sure why. However, I will find out. No biggie.
