  We had an excellent experience on our night kayak tour! Our guide, Sebastian, was amazing — very knowledgeable and friendly. He shared so much interesting information and made the whole experience even more fun and memorable. The tour was well-organized, relaxing, and such a unique way to explore. Highly recommend!

  Amazing Day on the Water! We had an incredible experience with Key West Boat & Jet Ski Adventures! From start to finish, everything was smooth and so much fun. Our guide was super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about all the Key West sights — we learned so much along the way. The captain skillfully navigated right to a group of dolphins, and we were able to watch them up close — such an unforgettable moment! We cruised around the island, stopped for a delicious lunch, and the absolute highlight was swimming and relaxing at a beautiful sandbar in the Atlantic Ocean. The water was crystal clear and absolutely stunning. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, and local insight, this is the charter to book. Highly recommend — can’t wait to do it again!

  Absolutely fantastic night kayaking on the lagoon!! The kayaks were clean and the clear bottom very cool. The guide was knowledgeable and did a great job leading us all. I’ll be booking this each time I come here.

  Updated Review 10/14: If I could give Jeremy, the owner and operator of Key West Boat & Jet Ski, 10 stars, I absolutely would. After reading my initial review, Jeremy personally reached out to me to understand what went wrong. He took the time to investigate and discovered that the issue stemmed from a miscommunication—specifically, the booking agent had mistakenly communicated with the wrong tour company. Jeremy didn’t just stop there. He worked directly with Viator on my behalf to resolve the refund issue, which I truly appreciate. Even more impressive is the pride Jeremy clearly takes in his business. His dedication to customer satisfaction and his genuine passion for making sure guests are well taken care of really stood out. I have a great deal of respect for how he handled the situation and turned a frustrating experience into a positive one! You can feel confident in booking a tour with Key West Boat & Jet Ski knowing they will take care of you - rain or shine! :) 10/9/2025: I booked a "Guided Night Kayak Adventure Tour in Luminous Lagoon" on July 25th, 2025. I was sent multiple texts on how to prepare for the adventure and was also sent two texts cancelling the event due to high winds and bad weather. Despite having text messages from the operator stating they were cancelling the tour, I have been denied a refund. I have reached out to the operator as well as Viator, who I booked the tour through, to no avail. Despite reaching out to both businesses multiple times, I still do not have a refund for services that were not provided. I am not sure if this is a Viator or operator concern.

  These boats are pretty neat. Our boat had some technical issues but nothing terrible. Definitely not the easiest to drive but not terrible. Here's my issue, this is most certainly not an eco tour, the guide didn't talk about any wildlife except pointed out a turtle. Secondly the guide never even told us his name, he wasn't at all friendly, he drove a jet Ski and left all of us in the dust. I've done many water excursions in the keys and this was a terrible experience. They advertise that they take photos, that never happened either. There are simply way better options out there. I wouldn't recommend this tour.
