I kind of hate to leave this review but I'm extremely disheartened with how things are going, especially with my most recent visit.
For context, ive been loyally coming here since it was medical only and called Mojo. The long time employees have always been great and this isn't a reflection on them but rather the lady with purple hair and glasses, I think her name starts with K but shes always so short and blunt with me ive never really bothered.
So, I got a disposable. Monopoly Melts, Strawberries & Cream .5. It worked for a few puffs, went to bed. Wake up, nothing. Theres still fluid, nothing leaked, it was charged and I tried charging again. Nothing. No smoke. No burnt taste, just lights and heat. I worked at a vapor store for 4 years, I know these are finicky, but I could not get anything to work. So I called, I already threw away the packaging and receipt because in years of coming here ive never had a problem, literally ever. Im also a very private person about this (until now I guess). Ive maybe mentioned some products are worse off than others but ive never had anything exchanged to my recollection and the long time employees know me well. Well I called, explained, and asked "Is there an exchange policy? And do you need the receipt?" Yes there is! Sweet. And "its on your account so you shouldnt" . Awesome, thats perfect im happy I have an account and have had one for years thank goodness. They explained in store that they haven't had a problem with them and they could exchange for another product and are suprised i had a problem, but knowing them well enough and wanting to keep things simple for them I went ahead with another. Well. It did the EXACT same thing. I wasnt able to get in the next night so I came asap. The lady with glasses and purple hair 'helped' me. I explained everything above as well as I could. She immediately asked "well do you want to shop or see a supervisor?" I was a bit surprised, the evidence of the problem is right in front of her X2. So I guess ill see a supervisor. We'll no sooner did she go behind a door did it open again, so im honestly convinced she didnt bring this up with anyone. Either way, no receipt so no return. I was a bit taken back, for one I never even got to see a supervisor and two the lady was immediately rude and defensive about the whole situation. So I was a bit disappointed and explained relatively politely that i had no problems exchanging this the other night and that im going to spend my money elsewhere then, ive been coming here for years and have never had a problem like this. She rather rudely shouted across the store "Its on the bottom of the receipt!" I get that, but i was already helped once and ive literally never had a problem like this. I didnt reply and left. I will not be coming back anytime soon, especially when they keep a lady thats so rude about things, who has seen me dozens of times. Ive been extremely loyal to this store in particular due to the friendly long time staff and the proximity to my daily life but will not be returning for a good amount of time after this experience. I essentially paid for frustration and was met with attitude like im a dishonest thug. She did offer for me to "call the store later and talk to the GM." So the whole ordeal was just disappointing and confusing.
