Had lightning strike at my home in Bluffton destroying A/C unit, irrigation system, garage door opener, ring cameras and more. Denied saying A/C can be fixed by their local tech after two reputable companies said unit was “fried”. Still haven’t heard about scheduling from local tech. Been without a/c since July 7 during this heat wave. Never filed claim in 10 years! Kevin and Sandy did everything they could and eventually got State Farm claims to pay for all repairs and new ac unit. They were great to work with but claims were very difficult!

Kevin has been handling my home insurance needs for 15 years. He is simply outstanding. He takes the time to explain every imaginable process that would give you the best protection for your home - from hurricanes to flood situations. It is very rare these days to find someone who takes the time to make sure you understand what you are actually paying for and goes over everything with you with a fine tooth comb. The office is also prompt in call response and in setting up appointments.

This place sucks!!!! If for some reason a mistake is made on who knows who is at fault they will not work with you. I am told by the highway Dept. That state farm will not backdate a policy if a mistake is made. The office manager does not know how to talk to people without making feel like nothing. Now because a mistake was made I have to pay a penalty of 400.00 with the highway Dept because they will not work with you.

I have never seen communication this bad. Multiple times it took over a week to get an answer from my agent. I would email several times before calling just to be told he was out to lunch and then not receive a call back. Also when I tried to change my policy I was told after a month of not hearing anything that they were still working on it. Couldn’t be more disappointed with the service that this company gave me.
