First impressions are lasting! My husband and I walked in for a quote and our first encounter was met with warm greetings and smiles from a young lady at the first desk. The entire office gave off pleasant vibes and it was truly appreciated. Afterwards a kind gentlemen greeted and walked us to an Agent for assistance and there we met Tashara :) She took the time to explain the policy and made adjustments according to our needs. She was very knowledgable and more importantly we didn't feel rushed by her. We decided to continue exploring other quotes but I already knew we would return because the overall experience was solid. Tashara checked in periodically via text and the reminders were helpful and allowed us to finally switch our policy. I was so pleased that I referred my son who also switched his policy and was pleased with his experience. Tashara went above and beyond and we appreciate all of the time spent to assist us.
