Talked to KB State Farm to get my auto policy moved over after I moved to SD from Utah. Rachel was great and very helpful in getting me set up, and even helped me save some money by moving my wife's policy over as well. 10/10.

I have done business with State Farm for many years. There have never been any claims on my renter's policy, but my experience with any claims for auto insurance have all been handled well. State Farm has been supportive and direct in helping me with getting my needs taken care of.
Recently, my car was badly damaged by a speeding driver. As soon as State Farm got the report, I was contacted. The claims adjusters all explained to me what was happening and what to expect. The car was declared to be totaled, partly because the airbag exploded, but also because of the extensive damage to a 2016 model car.
I feel the purchase price settlement for the car was fair. All along, many different employees from claims adjusters to the staff of my agent have been helping me to get over the accident and move on to getting a new car.
Right now feel especially grateful to Stacy Lessley, who is helping me to update and reinstate my automobile insurance policy. Her kind, patient and helpful manner has been incredibly helpful to me in a stressful time.

Where do I start ? I can’t explain how impressed I am with this company. A few months back my agents office closed down and I was sent over to this office. I was surprised at how easy the transition was. Stacy hands down has the best customer service I’ve received anywhere not just in the insurance industry. I have called and emailed Stacy so many times and not once was I not satisfied. Every time no matter how stupid or repetitive the question was she would sit there and explain everything step by step till it made sense. Today I spoke to her about my personal articles insurance policy and yet again she helped explain the language of the policy, rates, and coverage. On her own she told me about the loyalty program to help me save some money on my automobiles. I never feel pressured to sign up for anything unlike other insurance agency’s. Not to mention their office makes you feel like family not just a customer. Always asking about how the family’s doing etc etc. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family, Stacy truly deserves a raise, thank you for everything you do !
