  My technician, Jim, was very professional. I had a broken WiFi thermostat. He called me ahead of my appointment time with a suggestion to try resetting it. While it still needed to be replaced, I appreciated the suggestion! Jim installed the new thermostat, explained the features and downloading the app. He saw I had a furnace maintenance appointment scheduled in 2 weeks and said he could take care of maintenance the same day so I wouldn't need an extra appointment. Jim was very very professional, personable, and his workmanship was excellent!

  Today 10/14/25 was the first time Kettle Moraine was ever at my home. David T from the plumbing division professionally diagnosed my issue. I appreciated that he showed me the size of the worn flush valve compared to the new one he would be installing. He explained the valve’s function to insure I understood that this was causing the periodic ghost flushes I was hearing. I loved that he took the time to explain the function and assure me this little rubber item being replaced would alleviate my issue. Then he went to my kitchen and replaced a Kohler duo strainer where the bronze skim peel had came off. Kohler had given me a replacement duo strainer since the strainer was damaged within in a week of a prior install. David suggested to help insure the bronze finish not peeling off as quickly this time I should turn on the cold water first not dump hot boiling water into the colander and then turning on the cold water to rinse the pasta off like I did when I saw the peel missing after making pasta. Again, I love these helpful tips!! It was a fabulous first experience he went above and beyond to fix the items on my repair list!! Even better, I’m excited and looking forward to having my first furnace tuned up on 12/8 with Kettle Moraine!! I signed up for the annual furnace and AC tuneup plan. Thank you again to Matt in the main office for making my first experience on the initial phone call incredible !! He explained the different levels of plans and I was able to choose the one I thought best fit my needs. 🙌🏻 Since then I’ve spoke to multiple people in the office and everyone has upbeat and friendly.

  We had the controller board go out on our furnace 2 years ago and had it relpaced. Our furnace went out again over the weekend so we called Kettle Moraine Heating & Cooling this time. Brandon found the controller board was burnt out AGAIN and an additional part now also. The cause of the problem was water leaking within the unit from the air conditioner, which should have been found and corrected by the previous company who replaced the controller board 2 years ago!! We will be using Kettle Moraine Heating & Cooling from NOW ON! Thank you Brandon!!

  Dan was great to get me all the information I needed to make a decision on my new furnace and AC units. The Lennox brand has been trusted and well rated for years and we are happy with our choice. Matt and his crew professionally installed our units with WiFi thermostats. Great job and talked us thru some great choices for condensation and humidity concerns with our previous furnace and AC. Can’t say enough about the total care from start to finish. Dan even came onsite to check on the install. Kudos to Kettle Moraine Heating and AC. Installed a Apralaire Humidifier by Matthew. Great job once again and programmed my thermostat for air comfort.

  I would be quite wary of this company. Called them to repair my HVAC. They were quick to sell me on a new system. After this was installed the cold air lasted about 2-3 days. Each time I had an issue I got a new technician who clearly had not communicated with the prior technician about what the problems were. I was told I would get confirmatory messages prior to any technician visit, but these never happened. The last time they were out they left the pipes disconnected and at times stopped responding. I received a manager's direct phone number, but they stopped responding to calls and texts as well. They are clearly good at sales, but awful at communication. Either they have technicians who lack competence in correctly diagnosing the problem in HVAC systems or they are quite focused on obtaining maximum sales and financial benefit for their company. In both instances I would not recommend this company to anyone for anything related to their HVAC.
