- BLBrittanie LeopardJun 23, 20251.0We trusted Allison to handle both our personal and new business taxes for the 2023 season. We submitted all our documentation approximately two weeks before the April 15th deadline. As first-time business owners, we were unaware that the business tax deadline was actually in January . However, we did not get them returned to us completed until October 28, 2024. While we understand that oversight was partially our responsibility, Allison assured us that she would take care of everything and advised us not to worry about the situation. Despite her reassurances, we received a letter from the IRS indicating late fees for our business taxes. We returned to the office and were once again told not to pay the bill—that it would be taken care of. Unfortunately, that did not happen. Today, we received another letter, this time informing us that the account has been turned over to collections. What has made this experience even more frustrating is the consistent lack of communication. Phone calls, emails, and even in-person visits have gone unanswered or been met with "too busy to talk" responses. We’ve since decided to handle the matter ourselves.
