  Jennifer was super helpful to explain the cost shifts for my new policy terms. She worked through all of my policies to ensure that my increase was minimal with the maximum coverages. She took great time and effort to make this happen, answer all my questions, and follow up with me. I am very satisfied

  Jen and Holly at this office offer 5 start customer service, I find this extremely important in the confusing world of insurance to have someone I can trust to try and help me. Jen and Holly met all my expectations and earned my business with Kent, I was already with State Farm and switched from another agent because my previous one gave me the opposite experience.
