I was a State Farm customer for several years and had an excellent experience with my previous agent in Denver, Lori Rickert. Her office was consistently responsive—someone always answered the phone or returned calls promptly.
Unfortunately, my experience with Kenny Hill’s office in Austin was the opposite. It was extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone, and my messages often went unanswered for days or weeks. Even after following up multiple times, communication was inconsistent. This became especially frustrating because I expect timely responses when dealing with something as important as insurance.
I eventually switched to a different agent, and the difference in professionalism and responsiveness was immediate. Based on my experience, I would caution others who expect regular communication and reliable follow-through to look elsewhere.

I just moved here from Pennsylvania. I needed to transfer my car insurance to Texas. It was so easy to manage these over the phone with a State Farm representative. I received my car insurance card via email while a hard copy will be sent to me. Very easy and efficient! Thank you, State Farm!

Carlos helped me to transfer my policy from one state to another seamlessly. I was very busy and he took the initiative to do what needed to be done to keep me from having a gap in my insurance. I was helped by a representative named Carlos who assisted me in securing automotive insurance for my new car. He was incredibly validating of my purchase and helped me feel like I was making the right move for continuing to be insured by State Farm. I appreciated that he did not attempt to over-sell me on additional coverages, products, and services when I made it clear that I did not wish to purchase any. Carlos did an incredible job of meeting me where I currently am, and supporting my needs as a consumer. Better yet, I was able to complete everything over the phone and didn't have to come into their office to sign anything or make any purchases. Everything I needed to take action on was sent to me digitally. Incredibly convenient! I look forward to continuing my business with this branch, thank you again to Carlos!
