  Our first time taking all 3 of our doodles there to be groomed. The staff was very helpful and we were able to get an appointment the very next day. They did an excellent job and will definitely be back. Thank you.

  We rescued Theo, a 6 month old Weimaraner mix, who was dealing with a lot of separation anxiety. We brought him to Renee in O’Fallon, IL. She has been amazing to work with and Theo adores her. She has helped the whole family (she’s been great with our kiddos too!) learn how to continue Theo’s training at home. Theo has learned so much and has been doing much better when we have to leave him at home. He’s always happy and exhausted when we pick him up at the end of the day. Theo has the best time with his buddies. We will definitely continue to use Kennelwood for train & play days! Thank you to Renee and all of the other amazing employees who take care of our boy. 🩵

  I have been here for grooming twice. The first time was excellent. He looked great, they did rhe she'd ex treatment and he had very little shedding for quite some time after. The second and most recent time was unsatisfactory. They called to tell me that my pet was nervous about the dryer so he would have to air dry. I agreed, but when I went to pick him up he was dry but still shedding heavily. The hair was literally falling off at the counter, so much so that she went and brushed him some more. I paid for the shed ex treatment and they brushed off my concerns that he was literally shedding in the office. The last time I went was the first time he was ever groomed (over a year old) and after the bath there was no immediate shedding and he didn't shed for at least a week. Its like they combed all the hair to the top and it has just been falling out ever since. The final straw is that I decided to brush him a bit myself and actually found that he has matting under the ears so he was not brushed out completely either. I don't expect perfection but given how the shedding was brushed off I decided not to call and just leave a review to forewarn others that it is hit or miss. I paid 150, which is a lot money to still have to come home and brush your dog right after. The shed ex treatment did not work at all. I am vacuuming just as much as before or more. I am sure the shed ex works better with the dryer. They should have just not done it if they could not dry him.

  My boy takes forever to get groomed he is a King Shepard. They took their time with him and were so caring!! He has surgery coming up but really needed a groom and they took extra special care of him not having him up on thy grooming table. I could not be more thankful of the care they took of my big boy! He take at least 5 hours to groom and they did such a great job! He was fully dry and looked amazing he was so happy you could tell he was sad not being able to get groomed regularly. I couldn't be more thankful to the staff! The price was great too! I'm so used to paying 150-180 for him and they were not even close to that price! He will be going here from now on! Great job to your staff!!!! 🥰

  I had such a great experience at Kennelwood Pet Resorts in O’Fallon! Lexi did an amazing job with my pups — they look absolutely perfect. She was so friendly, professional, and really took the time to make sure they were well cared for and looking their best. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Lexi and the Kennelwood team!
