  I am so MAD!!! I spent over $1600 to have new struts, front tires, and an alignment done. When I got my car back, I was so upset. The windshield wipers weren’t working properly, there was squealing and popping from the front left tire area, the horn was broke, and the my steering wheel shakes when I use my brakes now. Took it back up there and had it looked at. They said they didn’t put the wipers back on the right gear after removing them from putting on struts. Which, should’ve been checked in my opinion, before giving my car back. Horn was broke, and they didn’t hear anything, I heard from the front left tire area. Of course they didn’t. BUT….. now they said, “ My rotors are back and that’s why my steering wheel shakes.” Ummm, my car didn’t have any of these problems before I took it in to get fixed and why when they changed my tires, no one said my rotors were bad? Took which I asked the front desk guy. He said “ I don’t know.” I asked for the manager and he said there wasn’t one there. I asked to speak to the mechanic sitting on the other side of the window and I could just hear him saying there’s nothing he could do. Didn’t even get up out of his seat. Wow! No one apologized to me or even cared. They just want more money. Here’s what I think happened…they changed out my rotors when they put new tires on to keep for a shady employee and gave me old ones from someone’s personal or a friends vehicle they were working on outside of the facility and that’s why it wasn’t mentioned to me. I will never do business there again. Been going there over 10 yrs and it’s always new people. So something’s off for sure there. I’m calling corporate and complaining, because I refuse to spend more money on something that was fine on my car that was stolen and broken.

  I had a nail in my tire causing a slow air leak. I did not have a prior appointment. It was on Saturday after 3:00 p.m. The personnel were busy, but professional. The manager advised me of the price to repair and wait time. I had to wait 2 hours, but the repair took only 20 minutes and he fixed the leak. Thank you for great service, despite a long wait.

  Can't say enough good about this visit. They showed me exactly what was wrong, what I needed, cost of the repair and alternatives. This will be my go to when there's a tire issue.

  I wouldn't EVER suggest anyone get any serious work done here. Waited multiple hours for a simple steering alignment and waited another couple hours for it to get recheck. Your appointment time means nothing and they may not ever start work on your vehicle for an hour or two. Want documentation of the work you got done... well, that's to bad cuz they're printer hasn't worked for months. This place shouldn't even still be in business! Personally won't ever be coming back here.

  My son’s car had a nail in it (too many new roofs in North Oldham area) and one shop shared it was not repairable. KT’s quickly plugged the tire and had us on our way. $40 vs $900 for all new tires is a win for us and added our faith in this shops ethics and best interest of the customer. 🎉💯🏆
