  I chose this company because I thought they were faith based. Not. I went into the Todds road location wanting a specific brand of tire but was talked into some horrible tires, I believe, because the GM got some type of incentive or kickback. I also purchased some horrible windshield wipers as well. The staff and the GM made me feel like I was a bother during my first visit. They are weird acting and lack good customer service skills. When I got ready for my oil change, after getting the horrible tires and windshield wipers, I drove to the Leestown road location and had a much better experience. The Staff at the Leestown Rd location were personable and had excellent customer service skills. I had not planned to ever go back to the Todds road location, that is closer to my house. I unfortunately had to go back to them after a cold day and very mild snow this week. After leaving work I got into my car to drive home and started sliding all over the place. One of my windshield wipers broke. I have never in 62 years of driving had a windshield wiper break and I lived in Minnesota with -20 degrees and blizzards. When I went back to them about the tires and windshield wipers they gave all sorts of excuses. Insinuated that I broke the wiper, lied and said that they didn’t have another windshield in stock when they had them hanging in the same place that they got the ones that I purchased . I felt insulted by there condescending attitudes, As a previous part owner of company I would have never had the GM or some of the other staff representing my company.

  Fast, affordable, friendly, and did very good work. Very happy with the level of service and communication. Replaced both front CV half shafts and 4 wheel alignment. Definitely taking vehicle there in the future.

  GREATLY APPRECIATED IN DIFFICULT TIMES WITH A STRUGGLING ECONOMY THESE FOLKS ARE GENUINELY CONSIDERATE THERE PURPOSE ISN'T TO MAKE A FAST BUCK BUT A HONEST ONE I DRIVE FROM OUT OF TOWN JUST TO COME GOING TO BE MY NEW ALL TIME SHOP THANKS TO KEN TOWERS AND THEIR ENTIRE CREW

  Stopped in to check for available appointments to have a tire pressure sensor replaced on my Toyota Sienna. I got an appointment for the following morning at 8 a.m. They found 2 bad sensors and promptly replace both using the sensors I purchased from Amazon. Professional, fast, and efficient.

  I have gone to this location with several cars over the years, and I've never found a bad thing to say. Recently, I had a faulty rotor installed and they were quick to get me in and install a new set at no charge. Honest and consistent pricing and work done here. I only say this because they have proven to do good work over the years, and when the customer service was put to the test, they pulled through.
