I needed direction from my CPA but he was out of town. My situation was unique as the seller usually does the allocation in a business purchase but in my case, the broker/seller was pushing me to do it. Ken is the only accountant that called back and only accountant that actually asked me the details/numbers of my transaction. He took time to understand the unique-ness of my situation and made sense of it. In a 25 minute call he educated me more than the 7 or 8 other CPAs with higher review ratings.

I’ve used them for about a year for my business’s book keeping, taxes, and for whatever else the government sends me and I’m not sure what to do with. I ask them a bunch of questions I’m sure other people would charge me to answer. They make themselves available for you and are really personable and easy to get along with. They’re also very knowledgeable about current laws and tax stuff that I don’t think normal people keep track of, and I think that’s really helpful when you’re busy trying to keep your business going in the right direction. I feel like I already have a lot of stuff on my plate so because they handle my business stuff it’s easy for them to do my personal stuff as well. Overall, I highly recommend them!
