- KBKim BernardMay 29, 20251.0Ken has done work on our roof and garage in the past and he did a fantastic job, so when we had ice damage last year, we called to see if he would be able to help once again only this time it would be an insurance claim. He had a small crew come out and fix what was needed (so we thought). Unfortunately we did not notice until a few months later when I was power washing the house that things were not done correctly, contacted Ken immediately with pictures to show what needed to be done. He stated that he would be out to fix the issues a few times now, never showing up, I have left MANY messages, not getting back to us, not once letting us know why, and it's now going on a year and half. VERY DISAPPOINTING, since we have given so many a good recommendation. NOT a good way to run your business Ken!!! or are you just doing the jobs that are making you money? Now we have to repay some one else to finish the work that should have been done right in the first place and that you were paid to do. If you actually show up and fix the issues, I would be willing to consider removing this post. We thought you had great integrity, and ethics.

Ken figured out pretty quickly the cause and fixed the poor quality work by previous contractors. It looks great and no more ice! They were profession and cleaned everything up. Highly recommend using them.

Had to slam on the brakes, very unprofessional representation of this company and I would never use them based on their irresponsible employees. Wow, talk to your employees.
